How long will it take to ship my order?

All of our products are in stock if they are listed as so. We are no longer a made-to-order website and everything listed is ready to ship. Order processing is 2-14 business days. Though we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible! Extended processing times may occur during high peak holiday seasons. Our main source of shipping is Priority Mail USPS to ship, which is 1-3 business days.

How fragrant are your candles?

We find that our candles fill a small to medium size room nicely. For larger rooms or rooms with high ceilings we recommend two of our 14 oz. candles, Smaller candles are better burned at a desk or in a small space such as a bathroom. Because we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles. We spare no expense on our fragrance and put the highest fragrance load possible in our candles and wax melts.

My candle arrived damaged or I have a concern about my order?

Please send an email to csccandlebakery@proton.me Customer service is a top priority and we try our very best to respond within 1 business day of receiving an email (Wednesday-Saturday 9am-7pm est)

Refunds and exchanges.

Due to insurance and legality reasons, once your order has been shipped, no refund can be issued. If you are requesting a refund prior to shipping, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges to help cover costs and fees associated with your order. Even though your order was canceled , we are still held responsible for taxes and other fees. This helps cover that cost.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

Order processing and shipping of our products during the holidays, such as Christmas, may have extended wait times due to high demand. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and takes time to produce. Once your order is placed during a holiday sale, you agree to our  holiday production policy and possible extended wait times. No refund will be issued due to extended wait times. Thank you for your continued support and purchases.

We take great pride in crafting high-quality candles that are designed to create a warm and inviting ambiance in your home. However, it is important to exercise caution and follow these safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with our candles.

 

  1. Never leave a burning candle unattended: Always remember to extinguish your candle before leaving the room or going to sleep. Safety is paramount, and it is essential to prevent any accidental fires.

  2. Keep out of reach of children and pets: Our candles may look and smell delicious, but they are not edible. Please keep them away from children and pets who may be tempted to play with or ingest them.

  3. Place candles on a heat-resistant surface: To prevent any accidents, ensure that your candles are placed on a stable and heat-resistant surface. Keep them away from flammable materials, such as curtains or paper.

  4. Trim the wick before each use: Prior to lighting your candle, trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch. This will help prevent excessive smoke and ensure a cleaner, more efficient burn.

  5. Burn candles in a well-ventilated area: It is important to provide proper airflow when burning candles. Avoid placing them in confined spaces or areas with poor ventilation to minimize the risk of soot buildup.

  6. Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours: To prevent overheating, it is recommended to extinguish the candle after approximately 4 hours of continuous burning. Allow the candle to cool before relighting.

  7. Do not touch or move a burning candle: Candles can become hot during use. Avoid touching or moving a lit candle to prevent burns or accidental spills.
